price and taxes

The prices are expressed in euros and are indicated for the individual services; they do not include any taxes that may apply in individual cases.

In order for Cyrille Gulassa to issue the invoice for the commissioned service, the information required by you must be sent to Cyrille Gulassa / cg@sistersgulassa.com.

The current prices are indicated on the website, but Cyrille Gulassa can change them if it deems it appropriate. Updating the prices on the website is sufficient notice.

way of payment

Payment will be made in the following way, except in the case of consulting, where payment will be made at the time of signing the contract: 50% of the amount at the time of booking the service by bank transfer, the rest will be paid upon delivery of the project, once the client has submitted the design approved. Once final payment is received, final files will be delivered. For customers with non-EU tax residency, 100% of the amount will be paid by bank transfer at the time of booking the service.

 

Refund and Cancellation

Design services can only be canceled up to 5 days immediately before the agreed start of the service. After this period, the service can no longer be canceled and the amounts paid will not be refunded.

If more than 10 working days pass without the customer responding to the requests made by Candela Atelier eU and the work cannot proceed for this reason, the service will be considered canceled. For this, no refund of the amounts paid in advance will be made, unless Cyrille Gulassa has been informed by the customer of the impossibility of meeting this deadline and new deadlines have been set.

Infoproducts under no circumstances generate the right to a refund.

Development of the work process

In any case, after the first meeting and when the customer and Cyrille Gulassa are clear about the objective, the customer will accept the corresponding estimate for the provision of the services, detailing all the specifics of the contracted service, as well as the working deadlines and others for the development the service contains circumstances necessary. This estimate is the one that regulates the terms of the assignment between the customer and Cyrille Gulassa.

The customer is obliged to provide the information necessary for the provision of the service, to give the necessary feedback or to accept the submitted draft within the deadline set for this, which is usually 72 working hours. Failure to comply with the agreed deadlines will result in the deadlines being forfeited and may lead to the premature termination of the service for reasons for which the customer is responsible.

Exclusion of Responsibility

Cyrille Gulassa will not be held responsible under any circumstances for any damage of any kind caused by browsing this website, whether due to errors or omissions in the contents or due to the transmission of malicious programs that may occur despite all the necessary technical measures to prevent them. Likewise, no responsibility is accepted for the content of external websites linked to or advertised on this website as this is something over which Cyrille Gulassa has no control.
